Many different factors. Naruto ended and most people were here for it, only.
Then we partnered again... Problem with sharing same people to another platform is that, if it doesn't work out you lose a segment, including people in staff. V has been busy.

No frog was admin here. If you mean OPB I heard he and his family was involved in something that got him in trouble/jailed. Others had taken over the forum. But I don't know who is running it currently.
