hello i have a problem

my diablo 3 account has been suspended for some reason so i sent a "ticket" to battle net and they said it will take 1-2 days for them to get back to me im on my 4th day now and nothing have eny of you guys done this and how long did it take them to get back to you ??

i think i baught gold from a dodgy site i was told it was find i cant think of enything else i done to beak the rules and iv just spend 200 pounds on new gear for barb and deamon hunter in the real money auction house :/
