just like the chaos water wave, you take a deep breath and mold your chakra in your gut to mold/ summon water. then exhale hard, spitting out all the water with force

also the one thing i hate about this jutsu, is when the opponent uses a lightning jutsus.. the lightning would travel into your mouth and shock/ kill ya >.>"

just a heads up, i cannot seem to find jutsu jutsu on naruto wiki =/ it seems that kisame has been altering this jutsu
do you remember the episode where itachi and kisame fought asuma and his chick...

this jutsu basically, create a pillar of water that takes a shape of a shark and attacks the opponent

then during the second season when fake kisame was fighting guy, he used the same tech but it change to shark projectile instead of a pillar.
finally in his last fight, it changed into this

basically you dive under water and spread your chakra all over your body so that you can glide/ properl through the water. by doing som you would be able to move much fast through the water unlike swimming.

-I start this off by focus my suiton chakra from there, I jump into the lake and spread all the suiton chakra around my whole body, making me able to glide though the water, along with it masking my prescence.-
