The handseals required would be the number of handseals required for the summoning technique. You use this technique to summon the Serval Squad, which are four servals that can use Kenjutsu up to B-rank which means that you can use them in close range battles and perform Kenjutsu combos with them.

Now summon a normal sized Serval.
