They said Heists are coming out in Spring. High Life update comes out within a week or two, but they didn't say if Heists are coming with it.

They realize if the players are taking parts in the heist like the story mode it's easy to mess up. Everyone must do their part right even then a teammate can make off with the money. So we don't even know if they'll release it
