Heine is an albino, which results in him having dull pale skin, with bright red eyes. His hair is short in a punk-rocker looking style, and is white as snow. His ears are pierced with four studs on the right ear and on the left is pierced with two ring-style gauges. He wears a dark cape that was given to him by Orochimaru after defeating Kabuto and in a competition to see who was stronger. The cape gives Heine the ability to not be seen in the dark, considering he has bright red eyes. It acts as a camouflage and can not be seen by any ordinary eye (This is an exception to Hyuga and Uchiha clan members for they can see through the capes ability). He also wears goggles on his neck to cover the bandages of past scarring tissue. And black leather boots made from iron forged in Kagetsu Clans caves. He is 6'0", weighting 160 pounds, he doesn't use weapons for his chakra can mold into any object he desires to use during battle.

Personality​

Heine has a sick sense of humor, killing and strategy is his strong points. Which makes him a key fighter and assassin. He has a stuck-up personality about him, which makes people tend to not like him. He's very silly and weird, he loves to dance and sing to song that come on while he's traveling and training. When he was training with Orochimaru he wasn't given the Curse Mark, Orochimaru decided to take Heine in as a pupil of his Sanin teachings.

Heine was born with an exclusive Fire natured chakra and an impressive control over it too. Born in

Konohagakure, he was born to a very poor family that couldn't afford to put food on the table. At the age of ten his parents were killed while planting one day to a Shinobi of the name, Itachi. He was scared and confused, he had to get revenge. So he went to Orochimaru to achieve this destiny. Orochimaru was impressed with Heines power, he wanted him as a student. After reaching the age of 15, Heine challenged Kabuto the Sound Ninja to a fight. Kabuto accepted the challenge with a smile, but Heine came out notorious and high-spirited. Orochimaru then gave Heine the cape of camaflauge, this cape gave him the ability to not be seen by an enemy. Now Heine goes around the Shinobi world defeating and challenging other Shinobis to prove his worth, till he can fight his parents murder.

Need to completed both lighting and water elements to even think about having storm release. I don't think you have even been trained in anything. May be wrong of course.

Yeah, listen to Nate; take out Water, Lightning and Storm as Specialty. Under the 'Elements' section of the template put the one element you want to begin learning (as you are a new RPer and I'm sure you haven't begun training since I approved your other bio yesterday).

There is a sub-section call Special Bio rules or some ish like that in the Bio Section. If you're looking for special skills look them up there for requirements. You're also going to have to get rid of the interaction with Orochimaru and Kabuto as you have them in your History. Custom characters can't be too intertwined with canon based characters. Other than that, everything checks out relatively.

Fix those details by the time I come back around to checking your bio and should be smooth sailings. (Holy crap I should do this for new bios all the damn time, would make checking them a whole hell of a lot easier....but I don't have the attention span >_>)
