Alright here is how it is,
scenario 1: hebi vs beggining of part 2 sand siblings(gaara is as he was when he faced deidara,sasuke is as he was against itachi)
scenario 2:5 kage summit taka vs 5 kage summit sand sibs(sasuke is as he was vs danzo)
scenario 3:current taka vs current sand sibs.

Location:scenario 1 and 2 is at an open grassland,scenario 3 is in suna

that was done with an open source of water IIRC,he merged with the water,water dosent hurt his sand control as already seen. As for kirin,sasuke isnt going to make it at the level he did against itachi,cuz his fire balls wont cause the same effect as amaterasu.
Oh and last scenario is in suna,so water isnt a problem

no really,sasuke's power increases with his eye level simila to gaara's fihting ability with his environment,the weaker sasukes fught gaara in a place where he had to make sand,sasuke's strongest state also faced gaara's strongest state.

Oh and rainy thunder storm wouldnt help sasuke,cuz you know..gaara's tanked worse

Do you even read manga? Gaara already controlled wet sand without getting it affected by the water.

Scenario 1: Sand sibling take it mid diff. Back then Gaara > Sasuke + Karin, Kankuro > Juugo and I don't know about Temari and Suigetsu, but it won't matter.

Scenario 2: Taka takes it high diff. It would all just came down to Sasuke vs Gaara and even though their defenses are close to equal (Counting that Susanoo has negative effect on Sasuke) i'd say Sasuke has some better offense.

Scenario 3: Sasuke solos. No way they can beat him now that he can use Susanoo without going blind, not to talk about that his Enton has gotten waaay better.
