This is blind bias at it's best. Kirin is not a technique deoendent on the chakra you put into it. With long enough prep how is Kirin not village busting. Compare the land that kirin destroyed to the land of konoha. Konoha is not as big as you'd like to think. Pwin's shinra tensei showed a clear sign of the total landmass of konoha. Literally your scan showed nothing because sasuke targeted the ligjtning directly at itachi. There's a thing valled blast radius and kirin is strong enough to shatter a mountain or so the databook states. Wjat makes you think that without enough prep time it doesn't destroy konoha. True. After prep the jutsu requires no more chakra, but prep is still 100% dependent on chakra. Sasuke completely exhausted himself just prepping to blow up one building, and there's no way he'd have enough chakra to prep blowing up an entire village.

Even if he somehow did have enough chakra, Konoha's sensor teams and lookouts would see/detect it. Then he'd either be overwhelmed by shinobi or Tsunade would activate byakugo + Katsuyu.

Just gotta point this out to everyone, Obito KNEW that 3T/MS Sasuke would be annihilated if he tried to take on Konoha. Every time Sasuke tried to head to the village Obito would stop him. I have read and watched the sasuke and itachi fight and the blast radius if kirin is extremely massive so I don't know what you're tslking about. I also don't really care if he gets beat before or during kirin preparation because I clearly stated in my forst post that Hebi Sasuke beating konoha citizens by himself is pure fanfic. I'm talking about the village of konoha from the length of the gates and back to as wide as hokage mountain (and then some by outskirts). On a scale konoha is not as big as people give ot credit for. Fir a village sure it's big but it's not bigger than a small sized United States town. Comparing pein's blast radius to kirin's shows with enough prep sasuke can destroy konoha with kirin. The blast radius sure is large but not large enough to destroy Konoha and its force doesn't even come close to Pein's attack lol. So he can't destroy the village with Kirin, sure he may destroy a small part of the village but not the entire village and I quoted you for the Kirin part only the rest I agree with.

Kakashi gets negged by Sasuke and Team Gai is restricted for obvious reasons. Kirins full power waas block off by ITachi susanoo so why do you read the manga for a change. Kirin would easily cause mass destuction in the village and no one would see it coming or be fast enough to dodge. Making it more effective than Shinra Tensei.
