Ok is this supposed to be a big difference. The speed of lightning is 1/3rd the speed of light. That itself is fast enough to finish Tsunade.

This is also why "lightning speed" Ay is bs, because I'm pretty sure Ay can't jump up to the clouds in few dozen millisconds xD

This is obviously bullshit if people really do believe in this. If Ay really travels at lightning speed with his raiton armor on how does Suigetsu block his hammerfist with his blade. Only Kirin was able to travel at the speed of lightning because it was a jutsu created with natural energy.

Hebi Sasuke would destroy them kages at the summit far better than Taka Sasuke.

You are misunderstanding here, I am talking about Hebi Sasuke and the reason why I brought up that feat with Sasuke putting Sakura in a genjutsu. It was a Sharingan genjutsu and Hebi Sasuke showed feats of casting Sharingan Genjutsu.

There was no Rinnegan even involved in that feat. It makes sense that based off of Sakura being unable to break the SG, Tsunade can't do the same as well.

Taka Sasuke was allowed to be more wreckless since he had the brute strength to take out anyone at the kage summit. On the other hand, Hebi Sasuke had to be tactical because he wasn't strong enough to take out most of his opponents on power alone.
Hebi Sasuke effortlessly trashed Yamato, Sai, Naruto, and Sakura, defeated Deidara despite being at a major disadvantage, and his feats and skill in using the Sharingan was high enough to the point where he possessed counters to Itachi's Mangekyo techniques. He's certainly Kage Level.

MS Sasuke was saved after he was up against Raikage and Gaara. Afterwards, he was later forced to fight against Mei and Onoki when he was fatigued against the Kages. Obito literally thought highly of his skills without even being aware about Susano'o which is why he thought he could fight the Kages in the first place. Aside from Amaterasu, Hebi Sasuke possesses advantages through CS2 Enhancements and the White Snake Power.

You mean how he was up against Kages and their Jounins and only needed help twice?
What advantage? Gaara had an immense advantage. He was fighting in the desert. Imagine him using the same bomb and throwing it on Gaara's head. The outcome would be the same: a trashed Gaara who got steam-rolled by a bunch of birds that weren't even at C1 level.
MS Sasuke was never saved against Raikage and Gaara.

That's what happened and Naruto admitted it to Kakashi and Sasuke wasn't even using the Cursed Seal and lacked the White Snake's Power.@ Bold No.
Deidara is a long-range fighter, so unlike Sasuke, Deidara has the advantage as he can safely attack from a large distance whereas Sasuke can't and he can voluntarily detonate the bombs with his seals, so Raiton is useless if he can't use Raiton before it explodes. In addition, long-distance fighters have the advantage of analyzing their opponent's techniques as was emphasized by Kidoumaru against Neji yet Sasuke was one-step ahead of Deidara when it's usually the opposite.
