With knowledge only being manga, Tsunade has a pretty good chance of winning this since Sasuke doesn't know about byakugou.

She gets impaled by Chidori, grabs his arm and punches his face off. He might be able to guard with his CS2 wings and then oral rebirth out of her hold though, but that would cost a lot of chakra. She might even end up outlasting him, or doing enough damge with the ground pound that Sakura did.

And katsuya isn't restricted? Yeah she has a good shot at winning.

Since when is manda poisonous? and since when would poison even be a threat to someone that can split poisoned parts off their body? If manda bites katsuya, she crawls into his mouth and melts him with acid from the inside out.

I know sasuke can control manda, however how long can he control him for and with what difficulty?
