Allowing Tsunade to punch him down. Not only that, but Shunshin requires chakra, so he won't be able to maintain the same level of speed during the entire fight especially if he uses the CS that takes a lot in his chakra reserve. So while it's true he would be capable to dodge Tsunade's attacks at the beginning, more the time will pass, and more Tsunade will take advantage in close combat because of her superior stamina and Byakugou

Once he's flying and away he can restore reserves, not only that a mere Shunshin from any curse seal Sasuke does nothing with the reserves it gives you. Let's say byakugou or in'shimetsu happens. Byakugou accelerates mitosis so cells will regenerate faster and increases her strength and stamina. What happens when her heart is pierce from a blitz chidori, Chidori Nagashi is activated from the head down, (killing fatal brain cells), or her heart is pierced from several meters with Chdiori True Spear?

Even if CS2 Sasuke takes damage, he will have snakes regenerate as even shown in the scan you posted.

I honestly think your underestimating sasuke here when his arsenal easily has technique which can remove Tsunades limbs with ease and her head if necessary, a chidori spear is all that is needed. I won't deny that she wont be able up recovering from the chidori attack but catching sasuke off gaurd with a punch? Not happening with his reaction time when he can easily cover himself in curse mark wings and reduce the damage and not too mention once he pierces her he can easily send a electrical current through her body paralyzing her on the spot. Even legendary weapon Kusanagi(said to cut diamond) couldn't cut her apart and Tsunade didn't even use Byakugou at that point, so that was base Tsunade's durability

And Madara has at the very least as much reaction speed if not greater than Sasuke, yet he was surprised. The word "surprised" here is the key. You can't dodge an attack you're not seeing coming. Sasuke thinking Tsunade is dead from one of his attacks(exactly like Madara was in this case) would be his downfall, only that Susanoo won't be protecting him exactly like it was with Madara

Katon and a few different Raiton techs. But then she could just as easy launch massive pieces of Earth at him. She could literally start destroying the hide out and start launching it at him. He'd only have so much chakra before Orochimaru takes over. Also does the fight start within the hideout or on top of it.

You're argumentation isn't worthy of a philosophy major's eyes.
Hebi Sasuke really doesn't have what it takes to take out Tsunade unless you're both overrating him, and underrating Tsunade. To imply he'd win is idiocy at best.
