Tenten's weapons are easily reacted to, blocked with his sword or tanked in CS2. She hasn't been shown to tag a fast moving character like Sasuke so he could just ignore her if he keeps moving around.

I mean, really the exact same thing would happen as you just mentioned, except maybe Temari would also be able to dodge (but that seems unlikely to me). Then it becomes Sasuke vs Sakura (in which Sasuke still negs) or Sasuke vs Sakura and Temari (a slightly harder fight given Temari's implied speed by surviving Sasuke's blitz).

Sasuke still low-diffs the duo though. Sasuke's katon poses a terrible matchup for Temari (and he can dodge Temari's fuuton anyways, since her top attack is only as fast as Sand Drizzle), he can close the distance on the duo at a whim, and his close-range skills dwarf those of the pair.
