Taka Sasuke lacks CS2, but that's compensated by Sasuke's superior chakra potency (which Karin mentioned) which reached greater heights during the Kage Summit. Essentially, Hebi Sasuke is battling a faster version of himself who suffers from the corrosive effects of CS2, so Taka Sasuke wins.

It's easy to assume why Hebi Sasuke would win, but I think Karin's statements were used to show that what Sasuke gained from the Mangekyo not only made him stronger, but compensated for the loss of the Cursed Seal.

Well the Sasuke that fought Killer B wasn't fully healed from his fight from Itachi and he lacks the CS to further boost his stats so Hebi Sasuke is overall better in all aspects basically. Only thing Taka Sasuke has going for him is Ama upon which he didn't even use until the end of the fight with Killer B so he could very well get killed before he using it on Hebi Sasuke. If he did use Ama on Hebi Sasuke then Sasuke can use oral rebirth to get free and then go in for a sneak attack as Taka Sasuke would prolly let his guard down. Overall I'd say that Hebi Sasuke would win more times then not

This is what I was thinking. Hebi Sasuke outclasses Taka in every stat via CS2, Amaterasu has already been proven survivable, and Sasuke's fodder Amaterasu made him tired as shit as soon as he used it. Oral Rebirth --> Kill him when his guard is down
