Anyway, I think Hebi Sasuke would emerge victorious, he had an incredible healing ability due to the power of the white snakes, and he could summon the white snakes which protected him from incoming Kunais, and I believe it could protect him from Amaterasu, furthermore Tsukiyomi won't do much against him, especially 'his' version, IMO he lost a lot of powers when Orochimaru left his body.

Sasuke is better than Itachi in controlling Amaterasu, not in the number of shots or the size of the flames, I know he has more chakra, but IMO his limit is 2-3 Amaterasu shots before he runs out of chakra.

Eh I said Hebi Sasuke but I'm sort of swaying back and forth now. Summoning Manda would be a mistake as Taka Sasuke would control it using the MS. Hebi Sasuke knows of Amaterasu, but his means of countering it is already known to Taka Sasuke (he's the same person). Using Oral Rebirth takes a lot out of him. So basically it's curse mark + snakes vs. Amaterasu + Blaze Release + superior genjutsu unless there's something else. By the way I feel that some of Orochimaru's traits got passed onto Sasuke even after he got sealed since Kakashi said that he was immune to poisons.
