If Sasuke is immune to the poisons like kakashi says he is, then Sasuke wins mid diff.

No, that wound is from Kiba's attack (

). I clearly showed a panel where the kunais failed to pierce his skin and the panel you showed me shows the same. Kankuro doesn't matter as Kankuro's puppets would be better at piercing than someone stepping on some iron sand.

Ice read again. Manipulating with a single puppet is much much superior than multitasking. Thats beeen stated DB and Manga. Sasori connected to the Kazekage, with no hand signs means he can't read his hands. Plus the fact that Sasori no longer has the lag time issue with his puppet.
