Hebi Sauske Mid to hith diff imo. His speed and Sharingan prevent him from getting tagged by the hundreds of puppets, and CM Katons or CM Chidori Sharp Spear fry the puppets and Sasori alike

Although there are many different types of venoms with distinct compositions, I'm inclined to believe that Orochimaru is just as, if not more proficient and knowledgable in poison production as Sasori, and there is a scan (which I'm too lazy to look for right now) where it states that Orochimaru made sure to make him immune to most types of poison, or something similar. Having said that, Sasuke has both the mental and physical reactions necessary to counter Iron Sand, as well as the body/durability in CM2 to withstand it. If I had more time I'd go into detail, but I think Sasuke wins with high difficulty.

Edit: There's also the fact that Orochimaru and Sasori were partnered up in the Akatsuki before the former defected and did many things together, as noted by Sasori himself.

Sasuke should take this.

His speed and short reaction time, combined with the abilities of the Sharingan, should allow him to dodge whatever Sasori throws at him, be it multiple puppets or Satetsu bullets. After all, Chiyo and Sakura (With Chiyo's help.) were able to either dodge/block most of his attacks, with the help of his Sharingan he shouldn't have much trouble doing the same. After a while, he should be able to land a strike on Sasori's core (Which the Sharingan will be allow him to see.), and take him out.

Sasuke mid diff. His speed lets him dodge Sasori's attacks and with the sharingan he can see Sasori's heart and take it out.

Sasuke is just a terrible match-up for Sasori, since most of Sasori's competition even in the Akatsuki are slower and don't have a means to actually locate his core to know how to end him. If Sakura aided by Chiyo can dodge Satetsu along with any of the other weapons Sasori used against them; then Sasuke should have next to no problem evading, even in his base form. With CM2 factored in, Sasori has no chance of poisoning Sasuke with a surprise weapon. Poison cloud is useless since Sasuke can simply go CM2 and fly out of it with his breathe held. And Sasori has shown no significant speed feats to suggest he could keep up or evade someone who was fast enough to outright blitz Tobi/Deidara making the former resort to Kamui and the latter fly out of the way. Once Sasuke is within distance, any variant of Chidori with enough piercing power aimed straight for the core ends Sasori.

Sasori can't even take out Manda. Iron sand gets cut through by ration. If im correct Sasuke is immune to poison anyways. With sharigan he can see where his heart is and easily take it out. 100 puppets are completely fodder seeing as Sakura negged them in cqc.​

sasori mid diff, or low diff if sasuke has no immunity

sasuke can't mount any type of offense against sasori w/o suffering decisive retaliation.
his ninjutsu is based on finesse, not power, and sasori has even more of it than he does.
the only way he could even hold ground is w/ a perpetual supply off giant snakes as shields.

100 puppets would work just as well as iron sand, since sasori can hover & has more attack angles to poison him.
but the sand can overpower sasuke, whether he has immunity or not

Sasuke couldn't blitz a distracted Deidara...his speed is hyped Lol. Nor did Chiyo or Sakura avoid his faster IS Variants. I don't see a counter to ISWO so that ends him, however if Sasori neglects to use it in time well

Also people claim he will know what Sasori's core is from sensing its chakra, but chakra still has to flow through his puppet body so he's able to use chakra strings.
