On what godforsaken basis are you comparing Chiyo and Sakura to Hebi Sasuke and his speed and reflexes? My point being, Sakura dodged several puppets on her with ease. Kazekage has strings:

Third Kazekage's movements are nothing special, given that Chiyo made someone of Sakura's caliber - a girl with pitiful reflexes - react and avoid them. She herself reacted easily as well:

As for the rest of the movements of this puppet, then Chiyo controlled Sakura with a single arm and still managed to protect and attack her through out save for World Model. Sasuke easily avoids the Kazekage's movement, blitzes Sasori himself, cuts the strings, and then it's over.

He can be blitzed and the strings can be cut. What makes you think it would even escalate to the point where Sasuke has to fight this puppet? Omoi didn't even give time to Sasori to react to reattach his strings, let alone attack with his human puppets. You think Sasuke cannot accomplish that?
