Because Sasuke wins this fight anyway, I'm gonna just rip that thunderstorm stipulation out of the first thread because he doesn't need it.
For one, Naruto needs to prepare Sage Mode, which requires he sit still in order to do so. He would have to send a small army at Sasuke, which due to the Sharingan and Naruto's inferior fighting ability, would result in Sasuke beasting through them to get ot him. Naruto may aquire SM by that point, but Naruto's clones are limited in SM, so the odds of him being instantly paralyzed by a Genjutsu rises immensely. Not to mention Naruto is exhausted after 5 minutes of SM usage aswell as reverted to Base Mode. Plenty of time to counterattack and end the fight. Quite simply, Sasuke looks at Naruto, paralyzes him, and then decapitates him.

Sage Sensing ability > Sharingan precognition in terms of quality and range
Based on what? Sage Sensing ability only senses chakra, it doesn't let you predict movements. You simply know something's approaching, but you don't know what. Sharingan predicts movements by watching muscles. It's superior in that sense, but inferior in the sense that it relies on eyesight.
Frog katas decimate Sasuke in taijutsu
It could... if Sasuke didn't have to be at point blank range for them to work. When Hungry Ghost realm was hit by Kawazu Kumite, his face was literally under Naruto's armpit while he was attempting a punch. Increased range with Chidori Eisou, Chidorigatana, and shurikenjutsu can edge this out.
Frog summons take care of snake summons
And Sasuke's Sharingan takes care of Frog Summons. Just like with Manda. If Naruto wants an army of Toads attacking him, he can try to use Bunta or Ken... but Sasuke will simply repurpose them with Genjutsu.
FRS decimate Sasuke in mid-long range battle
Can't agree there. FRS has been dodged by ninja slower than Sasuke. Not to mention Sasuke could simply have prepared his own Kirin without need of a thunderstorm by using his Gouryuuka early in the fight. Wind beats Lightning, but Kirin hits in 1/1000th of a second. Dodging the FRS before dropping Kirin, and then dropping it before Naruto can tell what's about to happen seals the victory.
Sasuke wins.
