Hebi Sasuke has curse mark that gives him mad power, look at VoTE compared to how he was before.

MS Sasuke relies too much on his susanoo, is too careless and amaterasu can be dodged. Hebi has his mouth rebirth technique, and can protect against susanoo with his wing. MS Sasuke in this crazy stage is not as smart as Hebi Sasuke. Not to mention the strain to his eyes.

MS Sasuke is the exact same as Hebi Sasuke, but instead of having an incredibly weak version of SM (which consumes himself as well btw) and some negligible enhanced regeneration, he has MS eyes and jutsus, plus better chakra reserves (that can be used to sustain himself longer instead of relying in his MS techniques).
These are by far better things to have in this manga.

If its not a stomp its a low-diff win (worst case), in MS Sasuke's favor.

Your last line shows you're aware of who's superior. Which makes me question why you'd make this thread >_>

As I said before, curse mark is not weak. Look at how good he suddenly became in VoTE, going toe to toe with Naruto kyuubi cloak.

Also people rarely take mental state into account during these match ups.

Hebi Sasuke was calm and collected, made up plans for every fight. MS Sasuke jumps into any conflict without any thought or sense. He relies on his susanoo and amaterasu 100% even when it is not enough. MS Sasuke would have been stomped by Tsuchikage and Mizukage neg diff if he didn't have help. Hebi Sasuke would not, because of the simple reason that he would not jump into futile conflicts without a plan.

As a Uchiha unlocks stronger versions of the Sharingan his chakra becomes stronger and more abundant (Karin noted how cold Sasuke's chakra was and Madara was able to push Hashirama to the limit).
Also, where do you think Susanoo comes from and is sustained? Why do you think EMS users stop straining while using MS jutsus?

There's so many wrong, personal claims in this last part that i'll just ask this: Do you really think Sasuke gained an upgrade only to become weaker? Because that doesn't even makes sense plot wise.

i think it will be a better fight if you restricted ms sasuke to ms techs(amatrasu,susano and enton)so he cant use any base jutsu

I only remember someone who was out of chakra when facing the Mizukage. He is using a technique that requires a lot more chakra, it will be spent more quickly. Also, Sasuke has extra chakra from CM before.

MS Sasuke can beat a rare few kages in existance maybe, loses to most of them. It seems that you're not getting the point. Sasuke got a lot more powerful from the curse mark as seen in VoTE, you think that doesn't apply when he's older?

Where did I state that he was weaker? He is more powerful, just not as smart or careful as he was before. At least not while fighting the kage.

You don't have to convince me that crazy MS Sasuke is stronger than Hebi Sasuke. It's a good match up when you think the factors involved, mental state being the most important one.
