Intel: They dont know anything about each other, pretend they are two different fighters.


This seems pretty balanced to me, Hebi can fly and has more chakra than MS. So how does it go?

honestly how does hebi sasuke even hurt MS Sasuke when kirin can't be used and Hebi sasuke's next most powerful attack is probably black chidori? big ribcage + a susanoo arm would make attacking with that suicide.

Hebi sasuke is pretty much all CQC, and his reactions and speed aren't going to allow him to go on the offensive and dodge susanoo arms. I don't see him dodging susanoo arrows with confidence either.

MS Sasuke should win this without much trouble.

Full susnaoo maybe, but seeing as he's going blind he wouldn't be able to sustain it very long. Assuming this is Sasuke vs Ay. Incomplete was being ripped by Danzo's futon, so if Hebi could land CM chidori, I'd say he'll pierce it.

Arrow wouldn't one shot, as He I could shed his skin, but we know that's cost as well.

No, not full Susanoo. That isn't even needed to kill him. The bare minimum is Incomplete. And there is no reason he won't be able to sustain any Susanoo below his Final one, before he can finish off Hebi. He was partially blind all throughout the Danzo fight.

Danzo's Fuuton is far stronger than Sasuke's Chidori. A normal Chidori didn't even scratch Ay, and he is nowhere near as durable as Susanoo. CM Chidori only gets a boost from Curse Mark, and that boost isn't significant enough to let him pierce Susanoo. It gets tanked.

He used one and it tanked his chakra reserves. MS can spam Susanoo arrows. It might not be a one shot, but Susanoo arrow is his downfall.

I'm leaning more towards Hebi Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke was far more patient and less dependent on his eyes than MS Sasuke which MS Sasukes biggest downfall. MS Sasuke certainly has more punch but I simply think Hebi would ultimately outlast/outclass MS.
