He won't be able to dodge it but thats a a bit pushing it if you think that match ends in one shot. Now I am not sure how many times Sasuke can Oral Rebirth, but Hebi do have his summoning to help him dodge arrows.

1. He won't be able to even summon before an arrow pierces his chest.

2. Even if he manages to summon, he has no summon fast enough to evade an arrow.

3. One use drained him of a lot of chakra, he can probably only use it 3 times at the most, and that's not counting other jutsu. MS Sasuke can use many more arrows than that.

Snakes moving a lot doesn't mean that they'll be able to evade, and no, the MS won't have any trouble predicting their movements, none whatsoever.

@Orange stated embodiment of Orochmaru, which could also mean 2nd form of his White Snake form. It was never said directly that it has the body fuilds, but stated to be Orochimaru final form.

@Blue Find it weird that his strongest form doesn't carry its body fluid.
