This fight ends in a draw. Going by manga knowledge MS Sasuke knows Tsukuyomi won't work. This MS Sasuke was when he still had a clear, strategic mind. It was the kage summit and onwards where Sasuke just spams his abilities constantly.

Hebi Sasuke was stronger than the one Bee faced. He is faster, better in taijutsu and has greater battle endurance and durability(especially in CS). His ninjutsu is also more powerful. The only threat he can have is Amaterasu, something that can be countered by Oral Rebirth. You didn't even restrict Orochimaru

MS Sasuke wins this because of Amaterasu ,Hebi Sasuke ain't escaping it like he did incase of Itachi,If he escapes it then MS Sasuke can use another Ama/kill him even b4 he can escape it.
