We don't even know fully how his Rinnengan ability works to make decent match-ups concerning his current version, let alone giving it to another. I doubt at that point he could even support the Rinnengan when someone with great will power like Obito barely could, at least not without Sage chakra, so maybe he will die before the fights even starts?

Either way we know at least that his teleportation is limited in range. Minato beats him there and considering he has faster reflexive speed he would win. He has full-knowledge here, so at the very least he would know he has superior range. A hiraishin+Rasengan combo should seal the deal. If needed he can allow himself with shadow clones to disturb Sasuke, not knowing who/where to teleport(if inside the range) and find opportunities to strike

Didn't said that Minato would blitz but with better reactions,Minato has upper hand over Sasuke which is why he would with this.It isnt an easy match but Minato takes this.
