Dude had so many power/speed boost (Orochimaru's Chakra + the Natural Energy in CM or maybe that's just even more of Oro's chakra w/e). Instantly body flickering shit what was that about 7-10 meters between Deidara, and himself?

Dude effortlessly hit Tobi who was further than Deid, and that had to be quicker than a second, or about a second. I think he'd be able to react fam.

Distance is irrelevant. Everything in this post is irrelevant tbh. Amaterasu was too fast for V1 Ay, thus he needed V2. V1 Ay>Sasuke. Thus Sasuke does not dodge Amaterasu. V2 Ay>>>>Sasuke. So Sasuke does not dodge Amaterasu. Not now. Not ever. Not a chance in hell.

4 if you count his Genjutsu where he showed Itachi roasting him with Ama

He was there for awhile, but the period he used ms can be numbered through the panels which is 5-6 panels with 3-4 techniques. Each technique is 4-7 seconds at best. Give them 6-7 second in between to chat and breath, that's 2 minutes. Sasuke vs mei, he went blind as soon as his susanoo is up, so he was only good for 2-3 minutes before he goes blind. Why the almighty ms sasuke got soloed like that???? Because he had no brain no tactics no patience. Then he past out got saved by tobi before next fight

Amaterasu spawns at the intended target. It isn't a projectile like enton variants. Proof is in the kaguya arc when sauce and naruto are trapped in the ice. Hebi sauke isn't dodging ama..
