You're just pulling things out of your ass here. Gaara was already on the ground when he countered it and he could react in time, Sasuke has the sharingan which will make it even easier for him to counter as he will be able to predict it.

Kimi controls the bone formation cells as well as his calcium deposits

Scenario 1: Sasuke takes this low diff at most. With Orochimaru absorbed and complete control over the CM, Kimimaro isn't going to be doing much to him sick. Sasuke took on Deidara, an impressive S-rank criminal and managed to make it out alive. Kimimaro is a high jounin level shinobi from what we've seen.

Scenario 2: Sasuke wins this mid to possibly high diff. Kimimaro is likely to have some improved speed, taijutsu, and will last longer too. It was said by either Orochimaru or Kabuto that they were shocked he could move, and look what he did then.

But Hebi Sasuke is a low Kage/S rank ninja. Kimimaro is still outclassed, but he can put up a decent enough challenge to Sasuke. I'd say that Kimimaro could push it to high diff if he doesn't let Sasuke get out of his close range combat.

show me a manga scan of his bones growing to such length? you cant, i have 2 manga scan proving my point, they cant grow bigger than that and sasuke can fly above them or summon manda to counter it.

Your scan of kabuto using it proves muy point,the jutsu starts from the level of the user,when kabuto used it,it didnt start 200m above them,which means the bones also started from where kimimaro was.

Kimimaro can control his own bone formation too as well as calcuum deposits all of which constitute bone growth

Kimimaro effortlessly takes both scenario's. ESPECIALLY scenario 2.

In A close Ranged fight, Kimimaro easily comes out on top. Sasuke doesn't have the taijutsu skill of kimimaro who was called a taijutsu master by a taijutsu specialist.
