I can see Kakuzu overwhelming Sasuke.
Hebi Sasuke also had seemed to have bordeline bad stamina, Kakuzu will be constantly pressuring him, which will eventually deplete Sasuke's reserves.
Intel is key here though, w/o it Kakuzu certainly wins imo.

The curse mark may allow Sasuke to defeat at least 3 heats but he tires pretty quickly to be honest. Don't think he can last the barrage of attacks from the wind, fire heart and lightning heart all at once.

i got Sasuke pretty low difficulty with intel he can use Chidori Nagashi, Chidori Katana, or Chidori Sharp Spear and make the lightning go to kill all the hearts, if you don't believe this watch Sasuke vs Orochimaru, Deidara, Yamato, & Maybe Danzo

Sasuke's speed feats vs Deidara outweigh Kakazu's assault imo, plus Sasuke has 2 3T sharingan eyes instead of 1 like Kakashi

Kakuzu's Shunsin was similar to Sasuke's vanishing from view and such, people underrate his speed,

Anyways Kakuzu wins this rather easily, Chidori sharp spear is severely outclassed by Kakuzu's Fuuton, and his threads would prevent it from ever piercing through him,
