Imo, Hebi Sasuke. He has the same level of skill / intelligence, with a bigger Chakra pool and more "large scale" moves. The only edge Kakashi has is Kamui, which he can only use a few times in a short timespan. Sasuke can use Oro's replacement jutsu to evade the Kamui, then counter.

Even though they seem close in abilities and skills... Kakashi easily holds edge in about every department except chakra.
Experience plays it's role here, Sasuke has substitutions, Kakashi has Kage Bunshins... It's funny to assume that Kakashi has to resort to Kamui when he can already push Sasuke to limits with his basics...

Kakashi is a master assassin and given a suitable terrain, he's very lethal...

Bunshin fakes isn't going to happen if Sasuke forces cqc. Simply stalling kakashi with shiruken jutsu should be enough to close any gap between the two. After the gap is closed Sasuke just binds him with shadow snakes. Unless kakashi wants to hide testing the waters all day in which case sasuke takes advantage and preps Kirin. Kamui snipe is useless as Sasuke just shields himself with a Cm2 wing and kills kakashi when the drawbacks start. Not to mention Manda can be summoned, kakashi can try to wrestle control of Manda away from Sasuke with MS genjutsu but again Sasuke just kills him when the drawbacks set in

Sasuke beats him. The only wild factor is Kamui, and I don't even think it's fast enough to catch Sasuke at that point.
