Only haters would say kakashi wins this, all of us know that Sasuke was reputed to have godlike speed in the databook a title only shared by 4th raikage. Hebi sasuke is faster than MS sasuke because of the curse seal control.
Yeah, I know Kakashi is a fan favorite and all but he stands no chance against any Sasuke from Shippuden.
He's the real deal, a full blooded uchiha that doesn't get tired every time he uses his sharingan.
The last time Kakashi fought a full blooded uchiha, Itachi barely even moved and Kakashi was almost dead needing Tsunade's help to recover.
Sasuke has a very similar style with Kakashi so it would be a great battle but in the end Sasuke has more chakra and stamina.

Has it proven false? Hebi Sasuke is far faster than MS sasuke who kept up with V1 A with base sharingan, he was turning blind at that time, thats why he couldnt see V2 A properly and had Susanoo which has proven time and time again to reduce Mobility.
I will just put a Speed feat here,
Sasuke intercepted Jugo and Suigetsu before they clashed with each other. The same latters kept up with Raikage before awakening V1.
Ay without armor i.e. v1 or v2 is just a regular ninja. And yes feats proved it wrong. The fact that you are using jugo and suigetsu for sasuke's feats says it all. Sasuke failed to blitz tobi or deidara. And no MS sasuke is better in every aspect besides rationality. MS darkens chakra and makes it stronger or you can say vice versa. MS chakra is superior to curse mark. Yes hebi sasuke was best sasuke though. Calm collected and rational. But lets control our wishes here.

- Curse seals increase physical stats.
- Raikage without V1 is not a normal Ninja, he's still fast, and that is why Cee was surprised Suigetsu and Jugo were keeping up with him. Raikage without powerup has light speed reaction like Minato according to Cee.
- The fact you underrate Jugo and Suigetsu, both S-class Shinobi even for Sasuke to select them says everything. They're not that slow, you dont have to have a name for speed to be recognized as Fast.
- The version of Sasuke who intercepted and shocked both of them was base, not curse mark activated. Curse mark Sasuke is far faster than that.
- he couldnt blitz Deidara, yet Deidara said he cant pace with him and resorted to C2.
haha everything you said proves nothing because 3T sasuke is nothing to actual speedsters like Ay, Gai or Minato. Even itachi seemed to be faster than sasuke in their dual. And nobody said anything about reactions here because we are talking about speed. And yes suigetsu and jugo, deidara etc are all S class but they are far inferior to speedsters in speed department. Hashirama is god level but he is no speedster. In comparison to speedsters, jugo, suigetsu are slow motion videos.

And itachi is Slow?
- You dont need a name of speed to be faster than someone. Names are reputation gotten in wars and famous fights. You talk like itachi is Slow, false.
- Curse seal increase physical power, including speed. Jugo in curse mode can pace with pre-V1 A. Also suigetsu.
- Deidara is fast. Thats why he avoided Sasuke's Shunshin. He has a good reaction speed. Sasuke and A are the only people stated to possess godlike speed in databook and a lot of characters consider Sasuke fast and there are lot of feats.
- Sasuke only became weaker after his curse seal was removed. Chakra has no correlation to speed increase. Hebi Sasuke is on par if not equal to V2 A and MS sasuke a weakened version struck A with base sharingan. A had to go V2 to evade MS and Sasuke was restricted by Susanoo which reduces Mobility.
- Sasuke dodged a Lariat clash from Bee who said only A has dodged it. Bee was using V1 mode which is equal to V1 A chakra mode, judging from the fact both thier lariats were equal when they struck Kisame. The Sasuke who fought Bee was weakened in Itachi's fight according to jugo. Bee's swordsmanship negates sharingan's precognition, so it was a pure speed feat from Sasuke's side. Bee said Sasuke was the strongest Shinobi he fought and this Sasuke was a weakened version and didnt have his "MS chakra darkened" like you say, so its correct he lost his original speed after losing the cursed seal.
