To be honest, I don't see why he can't just use a substitution jutsu to escape such situations lol. But really, if they are flammable he can burn them away with katons or perhaps bust through it with Chidori Nagashi. Oral Rebirth if necessary...

Substitution needs a subs, that only fools a character like once, so it isn't any factor when he can make more then one.

Sasuke acknowledged/manga intel, that they can't be damage by any normal means and relied on Amaterasu and Enton, canonically. The jutsu you name aren't close to its power so no those aren't counters.

Oral Rebirth if necessary...

Sure if the webs isn't warped around Sasuke enough, still isn't an effective counter, especially when Doton Doro as soon as he is caught.

The webs are over hyped, especially here since they will be regular webs and not senjustu enhanced webs. Sasuke can see the chakra flowing through the webs, raiton, with Sasuke's mastery cuts through them.

Well why can't they? Because of one statement Sasuke said which was "those webs can't be cut by blades"? Gentle Fist cut it, I don't see why Chidori Stream or Chidori Sharp Spear can't pierce through it, or why spider silk can't be burned away. You tend to overrate these webs, I recall you saying that they can repel bijuudmas.

Gentile fist has the ability to nullify any chakra, so dont even bring up bad ABC logic. Its not just Sasuke's statement that makes it valid its his point of countering the justu, TWICE!

Ok good point however Kabuto and Sasuke talk about Jugo's ability and how Kabuto gained something like a curse Mark, Kabuto debunks that stating he has something stronger than a curse mark. Sasuke also simply states you cannot cut that with a sword, which he could have deduced from seeing chakra in it.

Later on in the war arc, Sasuke shows knowlegde of senjustu when he uses Jugo's chakra.

I am agreeing that he can, but that doesn't prove that he can tell the difference between Kabuto's and kidomaru's since it was stated in part 1 that a regular sword it not cutting them.
