I'm led to believe that even with restrictions, Sasuke should still stomp. Am I wrong?​

Sasuke Wins.Sasuke is very fast for Hidan.Sasuke with his sharingan can see all of hidan moves.Once Sasuke is close to Hidan he would use chidori nagashi on hidan to paralyse him.

Hidan ain't beating Hebi, CS or not. You'd pretty much have to revert Sasuke to his VoTE version for Hidan to win, these restrictions mean nothing.

Kakashi was using a kunai to block/ parry Hidan's scythe yeah. And Asuma used his chakra blades.

hmm asuma's blades are fuuton enhanced so i doubt sasuke could cut his scythe.But yeah once sasuke stabs him with raiton enhanced blade he gets paralyzed

Asuma's chakra blades never clashed with Hidan 's scythe. Fuuton and raiton enhanced blades should be able to cut through the scythe .
