Deva Path Stomps Sasuke, and could probably win High diff against them both.

Sasuke wins. With CT restricted this won't be much of an issue. Sasuke is no fool, he would work out the cool down period instantly. CS2 is monumentally durable and survived the direct assaults of Deidara's massive explosions. Snake Summons can be used to prevent the -pull. Not that it would matter, Deva has pulled Sasuke, then what? With CS 2 on, his Chakra Rod is not piercing the hard service.

Deva has no speed feats and thus is a much inferior opponent in regards to reaction rates, Kenjutsu - he doesn't even posses this ability - and any other skill I can think of. Chidori in CQC ends this match. Scenario two is a stomp. Sasuke forces Deva to use the cool down period and a single Amaterasu ends it in between the 5 second period.

Sasuke wins scenario one.

Even after Deva path pulls him in via BT, Sasuke can defend against the black rods via his durable CS2 body or use Chidori Nagashi to electrocute Deva.

I don't see a scenario in my head as to how Sasuke wins this. Sasuke's keen enough to figure out the cooldown time but I question if he's fast enough to exploit it. A strong enough Shinra Tensei could even send the likes of Gamabunta flying along with three other toads and break their bones.

The only chance I see of Sasuke winning is taking the attack head on and using Oral rebirth immediately, but even then Shinra Tensei would have sent him a large distance flying, and none of his attacks are fast enough to reach Deva, since Deva could dodge even Rasenshuriken and by the time Sasuke himself closes the distance even if the cooldown isn't over Deva is strong enough to contend with Sasuke until he recharges. The only chance I see him winning is Deva using Chou Shinra Tensei and Sasuke tanking that with Manda, and finishing of the weakened Deva, but Deva doesn't even use that technique in actual battle.

It appears some of the Sasuke fans forgot how devastating Deva is when he uses Shinra Tensei and Banshō Ten'in. He could easily break Sasuke's bones with Shinra Tensei and pull Sasuke towards him and impale him with a Chakra Receiver.

deva wins low diff in scenario 1, for those thinking he doesnt have speed feats deva dodged kakashis chidori at point blank range so hes at least as fast as kakashi.

scenario 2 with all paths they win high diff.

Shinra Tensei broke bones of Gamabunta, who could shrug off getting smackedlike this:

CS durabilty is not getting Sasuke too far.
Also chakra rods are penetrating type of attacks (Naruto could impale himself with 1 in SM-highly durable state)they can very well get through his skin.

Uchiha bros win scenario 2 though. Diversions made with multiple versatile ninja are well matched against 6 paths.

If sasuke gets sent in the air via s/t he counters by using his curse mark wings.

Pain takes both scenarios very handily, with killing intent Deva defeats Hebi Sasuke.

people forget how powerful deva path is, the fact he had to be nerfed says a lot. even with no CT there is still the village busting version of ST that he could use after sasuke gets low on chakra. after being hit with a few st he not gonna be able to keep CS on for long and hit him with the big shinra tensie if he wants or pull him in and hit him with chakra rods. mid diff.
