And i have see plenty minato base speed feat in just his few battle appearances. Unfortunately people like you who cannot read manga properly wont remember.

The databook clearly says raikages raiton chakra mode equal to speed of yellow flash. That clear enough for you Lol

Then minato make more clone Lol. How many chidori nagashi will use before he run out of chakra. Chidori use a lot of chakra, nagashi use even more. Minato chakra > hebi sasuke. He just keep making clone, unless you think sasuke that stupid to keep wasting chakra on nagashi Lol. In itachi vs sasuke fight, how many time did sasuke use nagashi to repel itachi, when Bee pressure sasuke, how many times he use nagashi? Lol zero time, only work on fodder. Not good enough against minato.
