Hebi Sasuke > Tobirama?

I read a thread few days ago saying Hebi sasuke could take on Tobirama; well i never had time to reply and make my point. Hebi sasuke who battled deidara could never be compared to someone who created vast justus of high level from which we only know of two(Edo tensei and Kage bunshin). He single handedly took down an MS user as powerful as Izuna whom we know was considered almost as powerful as madara during their time. He uses one of the most OP jutsus in NV (FTG), he has shown high level of knowledge and intelligence(discovering obito's use of onydoumon). Compared to this generation, he is beyond kage level. He could have broken out of Edo tensei if not oro used hashi's cells to restrain him. He roused his chakra enough to alarm both juugo, EMS sasuke and sugetsu. Being hashi's brother and probably, the second strongest senju. He has more than enough jutsus we've seen him use and he probably has created more justus than we think. He battled the like's of sasuke during his time and put them in their place. How possibly could one think he would lose to a three based tomoe-d sharingan user.
