While I'm not saying it's IMPOSSiBLE. The odds are highly against Sasuke's favor. Like, 1/10. Tobirama is obviously in another league than Hebi Sasuke.

I think Sasuke takes this.

It feels like people are looking at Tobirama's Hokage rank and his "Hashirama's brother" status and deciding the victor on that. Tobirama doesn't have the FTG Kunai's that Minato has, he needs to actually tag something or someone and Sasuke's base speed is superior on feats then Tobirama. He isn't catching Sasuke. It comes down to speed. Sasuke can distinguish Chakra by colour with his Sharingan and thus can distinguish any FTG marks that Tobirama uses on the terrain.

Sasuke's Summons, his variety in his Jutsu and his very high intellect in battle is the icing in the cake. Sasuke by no means stomps Tobirama, but it's a comfortable win.
