Do you know how retarded this sound? If they couldn't multiply with Gamabunta on its back how are they going to be able to multiply inside Manda stomach? A snake stomach would give them no room to multiply since it would be just a tight as being constricted by the snake its self. Also unlike Naruto clones the dogs need space and room to multiply they won't have neither of those inside the belly of Manda. Thus they get crushed.
