Location: Destroyed Konoha (Naruto vs. Pain)
Distance: 100 meters
Intel: Full for both sides
Restrictions: Summons

Scenario: Sasuke starts in CS2, Naruto starts in SM. Naruto does not have any clones prepared to reverse summon. Juugo starts with full sage transformation, and Suigetsu has the Executioner's Blade.

Scenario 2: Naruto gets 2 clones for reverse summoning.

Naruto would win.

- Juugo and Suigetsu are almost non factors. Shadow clones would occupy them and with attacks like FRS, they're finished with ease. Naruto's SM clones are not ordinary clones when we speak of close combat, it's not really a fight.

- Sasuke is inferior Naruto here. CQC is a bad option for Sasuke and then there's the fact that his range is increased with his physical attacks. Once Suigetsu and Juugo are dealt with, Sasuke is left alone

- Strategies like Genjutsu won't be feasible, with that many clones. That can create openings and then it's easy to tell when one is in a Genjutsu via sensing and further employ more power which isn't an issue in this battle.

Nothing really makes me think Naruto would be defeated here. With superior taijutsu, reaction speed and wide range attacks, Naruto would defeat this team.

Two shadow clones defeat Suigetsu and Juugo, then Naruto pulverizes Sasuke in close combat.

There's honestly not much to say.

Suigetsu and Jugo are both a burden for Sasuke as they were against Bee until Bee knocked the shit out of Sasuke, so the same applies here. Ma and Pa effectively counter Sasuke's Katon and Raiton respectively with Suiton and Futon while Naruto's LoS blockers can obstruct Sasuke's vision and leave him susceptible to a flurry of attacks.

SM Naruto is simply the stronger fighter and it's no surprise why Zetsu expressed dubiety towards a stronger Sasuke battling SM Naruto.
