I don't know about you, but when a genius hokage battles a 14 to 16 year old kid he is not expected to lose. When an uchiha with an op ST jutsu battles an uchiha who has a lower level dojutsu (MS to 3T) and who is 16 years younger, he isn't expected to lose either.

Sasuke used his on raw footspeed against Tobi. The 4th used FTG...

FTG is instant teleportation... of course shunshin isn't going to work on Tobi because theres still a fraction of a second for him to react.

In terms of raw and natural speed, Sasuke is the fastest.

You mean base speed wise between Deidara's Sasuke and Obito? No. you are not wrong. Sauce was/is the fastest among the lineup

Actually no it's always on. Not sure about the powering down thing. Just because it's always present doesn't mean it is currently using chakra. Or he is at least suppressing it. Sauce uses his bang to cover the Rinnegan because it is always on.

Just like Nagato. Just like obito(when he had the one eye) even Hagoromo. I think the only one we've seen actually deactivate his Rinnegan was Madara. Not sure why he was the only one who could do this, maybe because they were originally his eyes(the double Rinnegan) or maybe turning it off takes time to learn and do maybe?
