Not Pain arc Naruto, I agree. However I am willing to argue for Naruto with the full extent of Sage Mode abilities. In other words, War Arc Naruto limited by Sage Mode.

But if you're talking about Naruto with his first use of Sage Mode, yeah, I agree that despite giving a good fight, he couldn't win this.

EMS Sasuke being powered by Juga was able to fight alongside BSM Naruto, and even then, if that was a fight, my money would go on Naruto.

It would seem like Kishi kept those two stages of them apart cause Naruto would win & Sasuke wasn't suppose to lose to him until the end. It gave Sasuke that mysterious look an feel of could Sasuke beat Naruto in that state.

Juugo just gave Sasuke senjutsu/NE to hurt JJ Obito. Without that he cut a Shinju branch in half. And made PS covering Kurama.

Those summonings are apart of his arsenal, who said he can't use them against Sasuke? The thing with Sasuke was Deidara was weak against Lightning style so overall it was just convenient for Sasuke. Both got lucky lol

I'm not saying he can't use it, I'm saying he was already steps ahead before the fight even started. That edge help him take on pain, he will not have that army 1vs1 right at the start against sasuke.

A FRS ? Amaterasu burns that to the ground... or a Susano'o enton arrow would counter that tbh... Since Naruto isn't a perfect Jin, he would be easily defeated by MS genjutsu.

Yeah, but if Senjutsu wasn't needed, I'm pretty sure Naruto would have gone in raw bijuu mode and the results wouldn't have changed. The first feat is impressive though, but nothing to put him above BM Naruto and his already shown destructive power IMO.

Lol, Senjutsu and Taijutsu was the only thing that could harm a JJin. The results wouldn't be the same... Naruto needs SM to harm Obito and Sasuke needed juugo's senjutsu to harm Obito.

Well that's because Sasuke doesn't show destructive power that's Naruto's forte. Naruto even without senjutsu was gonna go bijuu mode vs JJ Obito. Along with Sasuke either using legged Susano'o or PS from his comment. Kishi pretty much portrayed them equals the whole war arc.

Most of us (the intelligent fan-base of Naruto) know that Naruto is the superior ninja, it's just the lame Sasuke fan-boys the ones that think Sasuke is superior.

Like I said, I would be arguing for Naruto's War self minus his Kurama powerups, but that would still entail his relationship with Kurama, so yeah, MS Genjutsu is avoidable still. Amaterasu would just create a giant ball of wind and hellfire heading for Sasuke, but an arrow should counter it. That's not all Naruto has though. Choodama Rasentarengan was also shown to be quite destructive against Kurama. This could break most Susano versions available to Sasuke at that point.

Sasuke doesn't show much at all with that Susanoo, honestly. Though, if you have to say that I'll have to fight on the opposite side. I doubt KCM Naruto would take on early war Sasuke and come out of it alive.

It's itachi's fault. He owned sasuke so bad that anyone thinks they can take on hebi sasuke. Reminds me of superman vs goku deathbattle.

Itachi owned Naruto with genjutsu what's your point ? Naruto has no counter to Sasuke's Sharingan he wouldn't even know he's trapped in an illusion just like Deidara.

Even if he is faster, it isn't by much. Certainly not enough to beat Naruto's frog kata in CQC.

Nope, Sasuke was able to keep up with Itachi who was able to keep up with KCM Naruto. SM Naruto won't be able to match his speed. And frog kata isn't fatal, Hebi Sasuke has CM along with Orochimaru's powers to help him tank those feats.

Plus, Sage Mode makes it easy to fight without being taken down by Genjutsu, especially with how Naruto can sense incoming attacks without even needing to see them with his own eyes.

Nope, Sasuke is known to use genjutsu when the opponent doesn't expect it, he tricked Deidara who was able to see through illusions and Danzo who possessed 10 Sharingan, he also managed to trick Itachi at the start of their fight.

Naruto doesn't have the brains to predict when illusions are being used by someone as skill full as Sasuke, he would have to rely on co-operation with others to stand a chance.

As for WHAT could take Sasuke down.....a lot actually. Even the most basic variation of Rasengan if given a direct hit could do a LOT of damage, proven with how easily Naruto one shotted the Ashura Path.

As I said before, SM Naruto wouldn't be able to match Sasuke's speed which means he wouldn't be able to touch him with Rasengan.
