It's not really that complicated, it's like Sasuke absorbs a little bijuu chakra, he's able to use the bijuu's KKG like a jin can, the only difference is it's limited to the amount he had absorbed unlike a jin who has unlimited access to the bijuu'schakra.

Naruto does this too when asks the other bijuus to aid him with their chakra when he uses their KKG.
