Interesting. Given the long relationship and partnership of the artist duo, they could have a shot at winning. You see, Sasuke never worked with Sai or Kankuro, so their teamwork will probably not go as planned.
Sasuke defeated Deidara on his own in the manga. I don't see how Deidara is a threat unless his uses his suicide bomb and blows up everyone on the battlefield. If this occurs then Sasuke can force manda to save his teammates and escape for the last seconds of the explosion. Deidara seems to be a non-factor here since Sasuke pretty much handled him already. Now it comes down to Kankuro and Sai(fodder) versus Sasori.
Kankuro has shown better puppet skills over the course of Shippuden and he even has Sasori as an actual weapon. Sai can be used for high air action on his bird, such as sneak attacks, while Kankuro focuses on the ground. Kankuro and Sai can still manage if they cooperate as a team like they did in the war.
Sasuke and co. can win this with high difficulty if they work as a team.
