Speed: Kakashi kept up with gated Gai and V2 Sharingan Jinchuuriki which were previously running circles around Naruto and Bee.

Taijutsu: A person that regularly spars with the manga's top Taijutsu specialist in addition to having feats of fighting V2 Jinchuuriki is superior to anything Hebi Sasuke has shown. Not to mention Kakashi's Taijutsu score is superior to Sasuke's as well, and Kakashi displayed this when he sent Sasuke flying when Sasuke attempted CQC.

Genjutsu: Kakashi's Genjutsu matched a man who casually controls multiple Bijuu with his Sharingan.

Ninjutsu: Kakashi's Raitons (Raikiri, double Raikiri, Raikiri flow, Raikiri chain, Raikiri wolf) are based on an S-ranked technique whereas Sasuke's are based on an A-ranked technique (Chidori). Sasuke's Katons are useless against Kakashi's Suitons, and Kakashi also has the advantage of trickery, with his Doton + Kage Bunshin feats having worked against insightful Dojutsu users such as Pain and Itachi. Arm snakes serve little purpose against a man that can turn his arm into an electrical chain saw.

Trump cards: Kirin is an extremely situational technique that requires very conspicuous preparation tactics. Furthermore, nothing indicates creating a Raiton source in the presence of a top-tier Raiton user would bode well for Sasuke to begin with. Sure, Kakashi cannot create a Raiton source due to lack of Katon, but nothing dictates he cannot control it if a source already exists. He was able to control Doton and Suiton with an existing source, and those are not even his elemental affinity. Kamui, on the other hand, requires no such prep time. All it requires is a blink.

Comparing databook stats is no good, they are meant to show individual character's skills relative to each other, not relative to other characters'.
For example, Kurenai has a 5 in genjutsu. This means that genjutsu is what she is best at. However, she obviously is worse in genjutsu than Itachi, who also has a 5. Comparing scores in this case would tell us that they are equal in genjutsu which is far from truth.
There are many more examples, but one is enough.

This does not change the fact, however, that Kakashi>>Sasuke in taijutsu.

Tsukyomi - a jutsu that requires the victim to look you in the eyes. Also, a jutsu that Sasuke is especially poor with, but no matter. A jutsu that once worked on Kakashi. A jutsu that after this once was fully analyzed, with all of its effects, side-effects and counters, by Kakashi. By Kakashi who himself claimed that no jutsu works on him twice and until now, guess what - Kakashi never fell victim to the same trick twice in the manga.

Kamui - a jutsu that DOESN'T require the victim to look you in the eyes. Also, a jutsu that Kakashi has mastered. A jutsu that Sasuke has no way to avoid, because not looking in Kakashi's eyes won't help.

Stop these delusions.

I'd agree with you if the strongest Genin back in Part I didn't have low stats. If what you were saying was true, Rock Lee would have had a perfect 5 in Taijutsu, strength, and speed, Sakura a 5 in intelligence, and Sasuke would have had a perfect 5 in ninjutsu since they were all the best in their respective departments. However, all the kids in Part I had rather subpar stats.

For example, Kurenai has a 5 in genjutsu. This means that genjutsu is what she is best at. However, she obviously is worse in genjutsu than Itachi, who also has a 5. Comparing scores in this case would tell us that they are equal in genjutsu which is far from truth.

It just means that there is a roof for the stats, and characters at that roof can vary in skill. You cannot score higher than a 5, thus why there is no way for Itachi to be statistically superior to Kurenai even if he clearly is.

Sasuke has not shown Genjutsu prowess on Itachi's level. You also just proved that you didn't read this thread. This is Hebi Sasuke, not EMS Sasuke. Furthermore, you are referencing Part I Kakashi. If you're a fan of Part I feats, Kakashi hurls Sasuke into a water container as he did per canon and proceeds to tie him to a tree.

Sharingan drain stopped being a problem for Kakashi about 300 chapters ago.

Hebi Sasuke's stamina feats against Itachi included about seven Chidori / variants (might be less since some happened in Genjutsu), four Katons, one snake arm, and Oral Rebirth.

Kakashi's current stamina includes eight Raikiri / variants, a Doton wall, two Kage Bunshin (each splits his remaining chakra in half), and five Kamui, one of which was used on a massive target, and two days of straight fighting (where he surely used other techniques off panel).

2. The only snake summon Sasuke has is Manda which will attack Sasuke as soon as Kakashi releases Manda from the genjutsu.

3. Kakashi's genjutsu is better than Hebi Sasuke's, seeing as how he scored a draw against Obito, the strongest genjutsu user bar Shisui.

No, it doesn't. Part I Kakashi could not readily access his ascended Dojutsu powers and has inferior Genjutsu feats. Part II Kakashi could readily access his Mangekyo and had Genjutsu powerful enough to match Obito, the same guy who casually controls Bijuu and perfect Jinchuuriki with the utmost ease.

This is like me saying Sasuke has not shown any defense against Kakashi's killer intent since back in Part I, thus he loses to killer intent.

1. Kamui does not require eye contact. He can look at Sasuke's neck and warp that. But as I've said, Kamui is unnecessary and is by no means the main pillar of my argument.

2. Hebi Sasuke does not have Tsukuyomi. Even EMS Sasuke has not shown the ability to use Tsukuyomi.

1. kirin needs prep time ,and kakashi can counter it by 2 raiki in his hand (kakashi was able to cut lighting storm by his raiki(manga fact))or by going to other dimension (that isn't needed)
2.are you serious? kakashi can easily kill this snake by lighting chain ,or shurukin raiki
3.do you read manga? kakashi's ginjutsu was on par with obito's ginjutsu who has feats much more than sasuke(he controlled kiubi and perfect jin)

what would sasuke do with current kakashi's kamui which with , he was able to warp bm naruto's clone without obito who has sharingan and rinningan notices
