Hebi Sasuke doesn't know how Kamui works or even what it is. This fight pretty much depends on whether Kamui can warp Kirin. I believe they are somewhat equal, Kakashi maybe having the upper hand due to experience and intelligence. But if Sasuke uses Kirin and Kakashi can't warp it, I'll give this to Sasuke. On the other hand, current Kakashi can Kamui fast moving objects (BM Naruto) so maybe Kakashi takes this. In Taijutsu CQC maybe Kakashi would win, although Sasuke has his sword which would cause problems especially when infused with Raiton. They would probably counter each other's Genjutsu. Katon is countered by Doton wall or Suiton wall. Chidori is countered by Raikiri.

TL;DR: It could go either way depending on Kirin and/or Kamui.
