VoTE is a great location for Kakashi and Yamato due to them having a water source but then again, Suigetsu can merge with it.

Sasuke should be able to fend off Kakashi and keep him busy, allowing Suigetsu to take out Yamato whose attacks will be ineffective against the logia. Juugo could help either Sasuke or Suigetsu, preferably Sasuke since Kakashi is a bigger threat in most ways.

If Kakashi is too busy dealing with Hebi Sasuke and Juugo, he can't take down Suigetsu which allows Suigetsu to streamroll Yamato.

So? I could care less. If it's one on one between hebi sasuke and war arc kakashi kakashi is owning him.

Kakashi not only has the elemental advantage he has the location advantage and once he gets zabuza's sword he'll have the range advantage in kenjutsu based cqc.
