Minato's FTG is instant while shinshin isn't. But having said that, Hebi Sasuke's foot speed should be above Minato's foot speed.

That's literally every time he writes Sasuke, the mofo has him run around like an idiot with his Chidori on his fingers while he can just do far more damage with his Chidori spear while just standing, and also is much faster and has better range. :lol

I'm not referring to the fight with bee, I talking about literally every time Sasuke uses normal chidori when Chidori spear is much better available option.

This is actually valid, had ms sasuke fought like hebi with an ms he would of been boss, the only counter that could be said is he hasn't healed by the b fight, although he didn't fight like that at the summit either so.... That could also be argued

Minato foot speed is still faster than Sasuke. Minato was able to save a full speed Kakashi from a far distance before the enemy could counter Kakashi chidori. Right before we seen ftg for first time. Without even breaking a sweat.
