Let's see here he beats all except for Mu,SM Naruto. Ei could possibly blitz but if he doesn't blitz before Manda comes out it's game over.

He likely wins due to superior speed and reflexes, allowing to effectively outspeed someone in the 4.5 tier while Lee and Gai, the latter being in the 5+ speed tier couldn't even outspeed Deidara.

3. Hidan

Sasuke's perception allows him to easily evade Hidan's strikes and outright rape him in CQC as Sasuke managed to overcome an even more unorthodox style against Killer Bee while being wounded.

4. Mei

I've been through this before and I simply find Mei to be a bad match-up for Sasuke.

5. 3T Kakashi (War Arc)

Kakashi is overall more reflexive, so he should certainly take this.

6. Base Jiraiya

Base Jiraiya is overall inferior in speed and reflexes and is overpowered by Ninjutsu due to Sasuke's Sharingan Perception which allows him to identify Jiraiya's seals and form a counter and considering Sasuke without Cursed Seal Enhancements could evade Deidara's guided bombs, he should have no problem evading Gai and overpowering him in CQC with Chidori Variants.

7. Kakuzu

Sasuke has flight, is overall faster, and has the Raiton advantage which overcomes Kakuzu's Domu. Kakuzu loses up-front.

8. Sasori

Sasuke could lose based on Satetsu's unpredictability and the fact that Sasori can have it cover a larger area than it did against Sakura if he was completely serious. He should be here considering Sasuke isn't a female or somebody who he has experience fighting with, he's a guy with an experienced dojutsu like Itachi does which would force Sasori to take him seriously.

9. Raikage Ay

Ei wins. He can't contend with V2 Ei's Flicker and while Sasuke can overpower V1 Ei with a Senjutsu Enhanced Chidori, he's not going to deliver a fatal wound based on the fact that Sasuke lacks murderous intent as displayed when he managed to defeat 1000 fodder ninja.

10. Gaara

While Sasuke has a good chance of evading Gaara's Sand with Flight considering he instantaneously flew to evade C2 + Landmines and flew out of C4's Range while avoiding detection from Deidara, he still gets overpowered as he can't overcome Gaara's Sand Defense.

11. SM Naruto

Hebi Sasuke can't contend with SM Naruto as he's physically inferior and can't counter Naruto's tactical prowess through clones usage.

12. Mū

I see Hebi Sasuke winning based on the fact that Jinton requires charge time which leaves Muu stationary along with the fact that he has Precognition which will help him counter Mu's attacks (post-invisibility).

Never in your life, Early part two Kakashi was said to be faster than Hebi, War Arc is even more so, which also means Sasuke will have overall more difficulty with Kakuzu's jutsu.

Only problem is cheap ass Manda, but tbh while controlling a summon I don't believe you can put everything into a battle anyways.

Scan of this? And Madara controlled Kurama while fighting on par with someone like Hashirama lol.

Madara was fighting at full power while controlling the Kyuubi.

That's with EMS Though which is basically designed to control the Kyuubi (Or MS was)....just a basic 3T genjutsu control on such a rowdy summon? Will probably either not hold up very long or take some concentration.
