Sasuke doesn't have to make it listen. Genjutsu and then he controls it, it would be taxing but he can achieve it

Sasori is beaten low - mid difference. Once his Chakra Threads are severed, it takes him a while to reconnect them. If he could move his human puppets so swiftly, Omoi would have cut his strings and he wouldn't have given away a window to Kankaru, who attached his own chakra threads with Sasori's cut ones and pulled him face down.

Sasori is blitzed and defeated. It would never culminate to his large supply of puppets or Iron Sand variants. Kakuzu is the only one who would push Sasuke to high difference. The rest he beats with ease.
