Umm actually...he is sort of. I'm talking Hebi Sasuke the most. Not taka sasuke or war arc sasuke! Watch the episode. You will notice some common things between them. If you watch the Hebi Sasuke episodes too, you will get the same vibe from both group. Kishi should've really kept that group together. It would've been an very interesting development.

Noct has a better teleportation jumps than sasuke. well sasuke's more like swap while Noct's is a teleportation.
