This is a debate between me and King Hashirama.

I will be representing Hebi Sasuke in this match up.
King Hashirama will be representing Neji.

Who cares about how much good Reputation you have and what title you have.. this is a forums website I didn't know this was a contest of popularity or whatever. Just because he is Kage and has 10 rep bars doesn't mean he is not a troll (not saying he is a troll) but there are people like Itachi fans or Sakura fans who troll and post ridiculous stuff and they have a lot of Rep.. now get out of here and do your talking somewhere else.

No restrictions.. this will only show that one character is weaker than the other. If you really want to prove that Neji is better than Hebi Sasuke then we can't nerf Sasuke so take it or leave it.
