In part 1 Jiariya summoned Gamihiro to Bring Down the House on some fodder snakes, used Gamabunta to fight with Shikaku, and use Gamaken to fight with Pain. Jiraiya has shown the ability to summon all 3, while Sasuke needs a genjutsu to control Manda and he has no access to Aoda. Jiraiya mid diff.

Jiraya take this. Sasuke summons are not only countered by Jiraya's but i even think Jiraya would have the advantage because he has more combo feats than Sasuke

, but himself look like shit compared to this jutsu. So this attack will surely decimate majority of the threat in an instant(talking mostly about Juugo and Karin here). Suigetsu would probably survive thanks to his liquefaction ability, but even Sasuke would have difficulties to dodge such a ninjutsu range, so this move alone could kill him. Furthermore, both Sasuke and Jiraya are katon users, but summons also give Jiraya the elementar advantage since Gamabunta has shown great suiton techniques and even great velocity and dexterity while using them(while dodging Shukaku's high level of futon technique)

He also has the doton yomi numa that was able to sink a giant snake despite being far weaker than it normally is according to Jiraya(he was drugged by Tsunade), or his hair transformations that defend him against things as hard as steal as well as working for mid-long range attacks to restrict huge summons movements or destroy them. Reason why i believe Jiraya would take this is because of his great superiority in ninjutsu
