Lol yup. Not sure how intel matters here, and Edo Tensei can be summoned with a clap of the hands as long as it's already been prepared. Even without it they wouldn't be able to touch him. Edo Tensei simply gives him a quick way to turn them both to dust with a single hit.

Orochimaru will undo the reanimation jutsu and send Tobirama back to where he came from.. or block his personality!
but really in a full battle Sasuke and Orochimaru would win extremely high-diff
